Sign-On Bonus eligibility rules:
- Full-time and part-time positions only.
- External candidates who have not worked for Memorial Hermann in the past 12 months are eligible to receive the sign-on bonus, as well as any active supplemental employee or traveler that converts to full or part-time.
- Candidates must accept and sign the offer letter by 6/30/2021 to receive the bonus.
- Half of the sign-on bonus is paid on the first pay period after 100 days of employment. If candidate resigns or terminates prior to 100 days, sign-on bonus is not paid.
- Remainder of sign-on is paid as follows:
- $4,999 or less of total bonus - final payout after six month anniversary date
- $5,000 or more of total bonus - final payout after one year anniversary date
- Payment is conditional on being employed in the same role as hire date. If employee status changes from full-time to part-time or PRN, no additional payment will be issued.
- You must be employed at the time of payout and bonus payments will be subject to federal income tax. Or taxed according to the federal withholding rate.
- Sign-On Bonus program runs from January 15 through June 30, 2021. Anyone who accepted prior to January 15 is not eligible.
