Employee Engagement Groups
Employee Engagement Groups (EEGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that play a key role in helping Memorial Hermann achieve strategic priorities and high-value care outcomes. These groups consist of employees who unite based on shared interests, life experiences, or backgrounds and are open to all employees. Providing all employees with opportunities for growth and learning, connection and community engagement is the purpose of our EEGs.
