Here’s How it Works:

This step is an initial screening, you’ll still have the chance to speak to a recruiter and ask questions after you complete this assessment. The assessment includes video, but if you prefer to provide just verbal answers without video, that’s fine! Just be sure to cover your camera while recording. Once you begin, you’ll have 45 seconds to practice your answer to each question before recording, and you can redo your answer by clicking the arrow in the upper left portion of the screen.

Remember, this is just an initial screening and you’ll have the chance to talk to a recruiter and ask questions after completing this assessment. Please submit your answers within 2-3 days of receiving the invitation to expedite the application process. Once you complete the assessment, your answers will be reviewed and you’ll be contacted with next steps. Still have questions?
