Professional Practice Model Recognizing the complexity and unpredictable nature of the work of nursing, Memorial Hermann’s System Magnet Collaborative Council developed a systemwide Professional Practice Model (PPM). This model, which defines how nurses at Memorial Hermann practice, collaborate, communicate and develop professionally.
