Summer Internship Program at Memorial Hermann
Our Summer Internship Program offers college students and recent graduates an introduction to health care and the variety of non-clinical jobs available. The program provides practical, hands-on experience and the opportunity to participate in bi-weekly learning sessions related to business operations and the healthcare industry.
Through the Summer Internship Program, Memorial Hermann is investing in the future of health care and growing the professional workforce by providing a strong foundation for a successful career. The objective of the program is to provide professional development and real-world experience.
Program Details
A ten week program designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students hands on non-clinical healthcare experience through exposure to healthcare governance, organizational practices, laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry.
Applications for Summer 2025 open January 2025.
Participants:
The summer internship program is open to incoming college juniors and seniors in an accredited college, university or institute of higher learning working on or recently completed their undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a program related to the assigned internship.

Program Schedule:
Applications for the program will open in December, candidates will be selected in March and the program is ten weeks beginning in May/June, wrapping up in July/August, depending on student schedules.
